ECMM SYNTHESISER
ECMM Synthesiser is a musical instrument that was invented and created by Arshad. The instrument consists of 3 sensors that users are able to play with. Users are able to control the musical modes being played, the rate of the tones generated and the volume. The ECMM Synthesiser was inspired by the ‘Rene’ module on the Makenoise Synthesiser. You can set the notes and scales you want to sequence on the ‘Rene’ module and it will play for you. But in order to set the notes for a particular scale or mode on the Rene, you need to have some musical knowledge. Hence, ECMM Synthesiser is the key for non-musicians to make music as one can make music even without any musical background or knowledge.
The style of this soundtrack is Noise Music. The piece was inspired by Jean-Michel Jarre, Oxygene, Pt. 2. Oxegene Pt. 2 is an experimental piece that has an infectious combination of bouncy, bubbling analog sequences and memorable hook lines. This soundtrack were performed by Zong Ming on the Makenoise, Collin on the Strega and myself on the ECMM Synthesiser.
Talk, Lepak, Chill
Arshad wrote and produced 4 jingles for the podcast. "Talk, Lepak, Chill" is a podcast hosted by Dj Helmyy, founder of Myy2ueventainment.
The jingles are used for 4 different segments,

Syawal Yang Diragukan

Syawal Yang Diragukan is a track about the life of someone celebrating the Hari Raya Aidilfiri festive during the "Circuit Breaker" period in Singapore. Arshad wrote, composed and produced this track within a month,during the month of Ramadhan, and released it on the last day of that Ramadhan in 2020.
Formidable Love
Arshad released his debut single "Formidable Love" on May 2018, right after he graduated from his Diploma in Sonic Arts. Using the knowledge he gained during the 3 year course, he managed to composed and self-produced this song.
Carpet's Emotion
"Carpet's Emotion" is Arshad's debut EP that was released on July 2019. Consisting of 4 songs from different genres, Arshad wanted to show his versatility in composing and producing. "Malam Pertama Berdansa" gives more of a Bossa groove. "Carpet's Emotion" is more to R&B/Soul. "Problematic Child" is more of a funky vibe.
Live Sound Engineering
For his Final Year Project in Republic Polytechnic, Arshad and his team organised a music concert called LUX IN TENEBRIS, which aims to raise awareness on suicide. Arshad was the Monitor Engineer for that event and received great response from the musicians.
